The
software has been developed to promote ease of use. Even
users with next to no computer experience will find navigation
easy. With the simply written "How to Use Abcorp 2000" guide,
minimum training (if any) is required.

Compliance
Error Messages
Throughout the program,
any information that has not been input completely is displayed on screen prior
to processing. It may be a date if minimum notice has not been given or it may
be a form that has not been signed by a Committee Member or Office Bearer.

Flexibility
With an input screen for
variables in the Settings section, the program is adaptable for almost any set
of circumstances. To start the program it is important to firstly obtain a set
of the Organisation's Rules. By going through the easy to use prompts, all the
relevant variables such as membership criteria, quorums, minimum number of Committee
Members etc can be entered and stored.

Comprehensive
Checklists
The program contains comprehensive
checklists for its users such as an Act compliance checklist. This can be printed
out at any time and given to Committee Members/Office Bearers/Representatives
at the start of their term. There is also a comprehensive checklist for Accounts
and Records that should be kept by the Organisation.

Informational
Reports
The reporting function is flexible
and can be imported into any Microsoft program such as Word, Excel or Works. This
allows changes to be made to the standard reports where necessary. All reports
can be e-mailed as required. For example, the Membership Register, current Membership
list, Committee Register and Committee Register History could easily submited
electronically.
